Office Relocation IT Services

A move is stressful enough without worrying about the technology. We handle the network, cabling, servers, and phones so your new Central Florida space is operational on day one.

The IT Work Should Be Invisible On Move-In Day

The worst kind of office move is the one where the team is unpacking boxes at 4:30 on a Friday and nobody can reach the internet, the phones are dead, and the server has not been powered on yet. We plan against that. We survey the new space, design the cabling around where the desks actually go, install and verify the network, and confirm the critical applications before your team walks in. The move feels like a move, not a project that ran away.

Our team is based in Apopka and covers new builds and remodels across the I-4 corridor, the Colonial Drive and Altamonte Springs area, and Longwood near Wekiva Springs, so we can have a technician on-site the same day you get the keys.

Walking Into a Working Office

We moved our headquarters from a strip mall to a new office near Colonial Drive. YZ cabled the whole space, set up our network and phones, and had the team productive on Monday morning. We walked into a working office, not a construction site.

Frequently Asked Questions

What clients ask before they move offices

Q:How far in advance should we plan the IT side of a move?

Ideally four to six weeks before move-in. That gives us time to survey the new space, order cable and equipment, and schedule the cabling and installation before the boxes arrive. For last-minute moves, we will work with the timeline you have and tell you honestly what we can achieve.

Q:Do you handle the actual moving of equipment?

Yes. We carefully pack and transport servers, network gear, and peripherals, then rack, wire, and verify them at the new location. If you are using a separate moving company for furniture and desks, we coordinate with them so the IT and the physical move are not in each other’s way.

Q:What if our new office still needs cabling done by the landlord?

We are happy to work with the landlord’s contractor or take care of the structured cabling ourselves. We design for where your desks and access points actually are, so you get clean drops and solid Wi-Fi coverage instead of patch cables across the floor.

Q:Will our phone number change when we move?

No, not if we plan it. We port your existing numbers to the new location (or to VoIP, if that makes sense) and confirm the call routing before you open. Your customers will never know you changed addresses.
