Email Migration, Handled End to End
Move your team to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or a new mail server with zero lost messages and no gap in service—planned, tested, and verified by a local team.
A Messy Email Move Becomes a Boring, Good One
The two words that sink an email migration are "we lost mail." To make that impossible, we inventory every mailbox, shared folder, and calendar first. We migrate the full history, then verify it landed. A temporary routing rule keeps incoming and outgoing mail flowing in both directions until the DNS switch is confirmed—so there is no window where an email simply disappears.
Our team is based in Apopka and serves the I-4 corridor, the Colonial Drive and Altamonte Springs area, and Longwood near Wekiva Springs, which means we can be on-site for the final switch when your DNS lives outside our control.

40 Mailboxes, Zero Lost Messages
We had 40 mailboxes on a 15-year-old Exchange server, and half the office was out of state. YZ migrated everyone to Microsoft 365 over two nights. Nobody missed a single email, the shared sales folder came across intact, and the team in Longwood was back online before the morning huddle.

Frequently Asked Questions
What clients ask before they migrate their email
Q:Will my team lose any emails during the migration?
No. We migrate full message history, then run a verification pass to confirm mailbox counts, shared folders, and the most recent messages match. We also set up a temporary routing so mail keeps flowing in both directions until DNS fully switches over.
Q:How long does an email migration take?
For most small and mid-size teams the data transfer takes one to two nights, and the final cutover is a short DNS change that completes the same day. Larger environments with many mailboxes or a very large archive are planned over a few days. You keep working throughout.
Q:Can you migrate from an older Exchange server or a cheap IMAP host?
Yes. We commonly move clients off on-premises Exchange 2010 and 2013, off shared IMAP or cPanel mail, and from one Microsoft 365 tenant to another. The approach just changes based on where the mail is today and where it needs to land.
Q:Do you handle the DNS changes too?
Yes, end to end. We update the MX, Autodiscover, and SPF records, monitor propagation, and confirm that mail is delivering in both directions before we call it done. If the DNS is registered somewhere else, we coordinate directly with your registrar.
